Service Description

This 3 hour workshop focuses on using the potters wheel. Kelly will demonstrate firstly how to prepare, wedge then centre and shape the clay. You will then spend time at the wheel practicing to create your perfect pots! There will be 2 wheels available on the day. This will be a small class of 4 students. You will learn how to shape cups (cylinders) and bowls. At the end of the session, you can choose your top two preferred pieces of the day to have fired, using several of the studio glazes. Collection 3-4wks after or postage may be arranged at extra cost. Teas & Coffee available.
